Candle Refill Care tips:

DO NOT USE AS A PILLAR CANDLE

Due to the nature of our Coconut & Soy wax used in our refills, small imperfections will exist. These are normal and do not effect the performance of the candle.


Please straighten the wick before lighting. Please note that our refills are specifically moulded for our new jars. If you have one of our old style jars, please be aware that the refill will sit very close to the lip of the jar. Do not move the candle when the wax has melted and follow our candle safety instructions, found on the box.


Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting. To prevent tunnelling ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the container before extinguishing, especially on the first burn. Subsequent burns should be no longer than 4 hours. Keep the container free from any foreign materials. Place the candle on a level fire resistant surface.
